Why is this training important?

Evidence based training methods are hard to come by in the Wellness Industry. Our method is backed by neuroscientists from UCLA, University of Illinois and University of Victoria. Cognitive impairment, whether from aging, neurological disorders like Alzheimers, Cerebral Palsy and Parkinson's or from traumatic brain injuries has a large impact on society, costing hundreds of billions of dollars (JAMA 2020). Elite performance is also a multi billion dollar industry with many battling to prove their program is the best. The impact of COVID on general mental health will be studied for decades to come. Our training methods captures all of these topics and there are very few others that can make that claim.
